Abstract

The invention provides an LIBS (Laser-induced Breakdown Spectroscopy) online detection method for determining product element components in a phosphorite flotation process. The method comprises the following steps: sampling ore pulp; obtaining plasma spectral data of the ore pulp sample, and taking a small amount of sample for chemical analysis; establishing a regression model for the spectral data and the elemental component concentration by using a partial least square method; then detecting the ore pulp sample to be detected, substituting the obtained spectral data into the regression modelto obtain the elemental component concentration of the ore pulp to be detected; and finally recovering the ore pulp. According to the method, the LIBS technology is applied to the phosphorite flotation process for the first time, and real-time online detection of the components of the process product is realized. Compared with a traditional fluorescence spectrum analysis method, the method has the advantages of being high in analysis speed, free of sample preparation, high in detection precision and the like, and real-time guidance can be provided for addition of a front-end flotation reagentand optimization of the technological process.
