Abstract

The catalyst comprises anactive component, a carrier and auxiliary agents, wherein the active component comprises MnNb2O6, MnOx and NbOx having a niobite type structure, and one or more of oxides of Fe, Co, Ce, La, V, W andMo can be doped into the active component; the carrier is one or more of TiO2, ZrO2, SiO2, Al2O3, zeolite and cordierite; the auxiliary agents are methyl cellulose, glycerol and tung oil. The preparation method of the catalyst comprises the processes of active component blending, loading and mixing, forming and calcining. The catalyst is simple in preparation process and excellent in performance,the NOx conversion rate is not lower than 90% at the temperature of 100-400 DEG C, the N2 selectivity is not lower than 95% at the temperature of 100-400 DEG C, and the catalyst has excellent H2O andSO2 poisoning resistance.
