The main control device comprises a frame structure, a radiator, power groups, power capacitors and a stacked busbar, wherein the radiator is arranged on the frame structure; the power groups are arranged on the radiator, each power group comprises at least two power modules which are arranged in parallel,and the plurality of power groups are arranged on the radiator; the plurality of power capacitors are arranged on the frame structure; and the laminated busbar is arranged on the frame structure, andthe plurality of power groups are connected with the plurality of power capacitors through the laminated busbar. By adopting the scheme, the power output of the main control device is improved, the stacked busbar connects the power modules with the power capacitors, the stray inductance is reduced, the output voltage and current are more gentle, the heat dissipation effect can be improved by direct contact of the power modules and the liquid cooling radiator, and each device is mounted on the frame structure, so that the structure is stable. Therefore, the main control device is high in integration, high in power output, small in size, good in heat dissipation and low in stray inductance, and the structure and performance of the frequency converter are optimized.
