The preparation method of the fluorine-free waterproofing agent comprises the steps of firstly adding an appropriate amount of diluent, adding silicon resin, liquid paraffin, liquid acrylic resin and silicone oil and stirring the silicon resin, the liquid paraffin, the liquid acrylic resin and the silicone oil evenly; and finally adding the crosslinking agent and stirring the crosslinking agent evenly.
