The method comprises the following steps: constructing a multi-node power distribution network model containing a distributed power supply, wherein at most one power supply is connected into each node; constructing annual natural factor sample data, performing sample clustering through K-means, and calculating the output of the distributed power supply by using each clustering center after clustering; selecting a voltage weak node and a line loss weak node in the power distribution network according to the output of the distributed power supply calculated by the clustering center; adjusting the distributed power supply to be a non-weak node through an improvement method, respectively carrying out normalization processing on the network loss rate, the voltage quality improvement rate, the three-phase unbalance degree and the energy-saving reconstruction costbenefit of the distributed power supply calculated by the clustering center in sequence, and further calculating a comprehensive energy-saving potential value; and calculating the comprehensive energy-saving potential average value of the distributed power supply output calculated by each clustering center.
