The display panel comprises a display substrate, a back film, a heat dissipation film and a conductive film layer, wherein the back film is located on a side of the display substrate away from a light-emitting surface, the heat dissipation film is located on a side, away from the display substrate, of the back film and comprises a conductive layer arranged away from the back film, a fingerprint hole is formed in the heat dissipation film so as to expose the back film, the position of the fingerprint holecorresponds to a fingerprint recognition area, and the conductive film layer is located around the fingerprint hole and is used for connecting the conductive layer and the exposed back film. The display panel is advantaged in that a conductive layer of the heat dissipation film is connected with the back film exposed at the fingerprint hole through the conductive film layer, so charges of the back film of the fingerprint identification area and the conductive layer of the heat dissipation film are balanced, charge difference between the fingerprint identification area and other areas can be effectively reduced, and a problem of display shadows caused by non-uniform charges is solved, and the conductive film layer is arranged in the surrounding area of the fingerprint hole, so normal identification of the fingerprint image is not influenced.
