[0058] Specific implementation plan

[0059] The present invention will be further explained below in conjunction with the drawings:

[0060] Such as figure 1 The shown method for estimating the received signal strength based on the generalized continuation approximation model specifically includes the following steps:

[0061] Step 1. The user moves randomly in the target area, and records the received signal strength from M wireless access points (Access Point, AP) received at N reference points (RP) on the motion path ( Received Signal Strength, RSS);

[0062] Step 2: The motion path is divided according to the relative positions of the N RPs, and the divided sub-paths are filtered according to the applicable conditions of the generalized continuation approximation model to obtain s available sub-paths. Specifically include the following steps:

[0063] Step two (1), starting from the starting RP (that is, the RP with the earliest time label on the sub-path), calculate the relative...

Abstract

The invention discloses a received signal strength estimation method based on a generalized continuation approximation model. The method comprises: firstly, enabling a user to move randomly in a target area, measuring received signal strength (RSS) from a plurality of access points (AP) with unknown positions received at a plurality of reference points (RP) on a path, dividing and screening the path; taking the RSS value of a certain AP received at each RP as an example, establishing a rectangular coordinate system which takes the RP relative distance on a certain sub-path and the RSS value ateach RP as horizontal and vertical coordinates; dividing a unit domain and a corresponding continuation domain, and solving an unknown coefficient of an interpolation function defined in the unit domain; then, carrying out an iterative algorithm once on the basis of the previously divided unit domains; and finally, restoring a curve highly fitted with the real function. According to the invention, the extra information of the continuation domain is fully utilized, and the positioning precision is ensured while the library construction overhead is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to indoor positioning technology, in particular to a method for estimating received signal strength based on a generalized continuation and approximation model. Background technique [0002] With the gradual development of the mobile Internet era to the Internet of Things era, location-based services (Location-based Service, LBS) have been more and more widely used in people's lives. Currently popular wireless positioning systems include Global Positioning System (Global Position System, GPS), cellular positioning system, Bluetooth positioning system, radio frequency identification positioning system, ZigBee positioning system and WLAN positioning system. Among them, the GPS positioning system is the most common because it has better performance in the field of outdoor positioning. However, in the indoor environment, due to the occlusion of various obstacles and moving objects, the satellite signal attenuation is very serious, wh...
