Embodiment 1

[0227] Preparation of the first resin layer:

[0228] The following components were mixed and fully kneaded with a mixing roll to obtain a composition for forming the first resin layer.

[0229] Polyvinyl acetal resin (PVB, average polymerization degree 1700, hydroxyl content 30.5 mol%, acetylation degree 1 mol%, acetalization degree 68.5 mol%) 100 parts by weight

[0230] 40 parts by weight of triethylene glycol di-2-ethylhexanoate (3GO)

[0231] Tinuvin326 (2-(2'-hydroxy-3'-tert-butyl-5-methylphenyl)-5-chlorobenzotriazole, manufactured by BASF Corporation in an amount of 0.2% by weight in the obtained resin layer Tinuvin326")

[0232] BHT (2,6-di-t-butyl-p-cresol) in an amount of 0.2% by weight in the obtained resin layer

[0233] The obtained composition for forming the first resin layer was extruded using an extruder to obtain a first resin layer having a width of 1 m and thicknesses and wedge angles shown in Table 1 below.

[0234] Preparation of the second resin laye...

Embodiment 2~12 and comparative example 1~9

[0248] Laminated glass was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1, except that the composition of the laminated glass was changed as shown in Tables 1 to 3 below.

[0249] It should be noted that in Examples 2 to 12 and Comparative Examples 1 to 9, in the first and second resin layers, the same ultraviolet shielding agent and antioxidant as in Example 1 were used in 100% by weight of the obtained resin layer. Mixing was performed with the same mixing amount as in Example 1. The heat-shielding substance was mixed in the compounding quantity shown to the following Tables 1-3 with respect to 100 weight% of the obtained resin layer.

Abstract

Provided is an interlayer for laminated glass which is capable of improving heat insulation properties, preventing ghosts, and achieving good image display. The interlayer for laminated glass according to the present invention includes an infrared reflecting layer, a first resin layer that includes a thermoplastic resin, and a second resin layer that includes a thermoplastic resin, wherein the first resin layer is disposed on a first surface of the infrared reflecting layer, the second resin layer is disposed on a second surface of the infrared reflecting layer which is opposite the first surface, the first resin layer has a wedge angle of 0.1 mrad or more, and when a sheet of clear glass is disposed outside the first resin layer of the interlayer and a sheet of green glass is disposed outside the second resin layer of the interlayer to obtain the laminated glass, and light is applied from outside the green glass of the laminated glass, light reflectance at a wavelength in the range of480 to 680 nm at an incidence angle of 60 degrees is 15% or less.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an interlayer film for laminated glass having an infrared reflection layer. Moreover, this invention relates to the laminated glass provided with the interlayer film which has an infrared reflection layer. Moreover, this invention relates to the manufacturing method of the head-up display system using the laminated glass provided with the interlayer film which has an infrared reflection layer. Background technique [0002] In general, even when laminated glass is damaged by external impact, the amount of glass shards scattered is small, and it is excellent in safety. Therefore, the laminated glass is widely used in vehicles, railway vehicles, spacecraft, ships, buildings, and the like. The laminated glass is produced by interposing an interlayer film for laminated glass between a pair of glass plates. Laminated glass used in openings of such vehicles and buildings requires high heat insulation. [0003] In order to ...
