Abstract

The invention discloses an identification method for resisting hard smut of highland barley. The identification method comprises the following steps: step 1, collecting teliospores: collecting diseased ears from a heading stage to a filling and milk-ripe stage of the highland barley, drying and storing; step 2, preparing teliospore suspension liquid: crushing the teliospores in step 1 and sievingto obtain teliospore powder; preparing suspension liquid and filtering to obtain the needed suspension liquid; step 3, inoculating bacteria: treating seeds by utilizing the suspension liquid in step 2through a vacuum permeation method; step 4, drying the seeds in step 3 in the shade and sowing; and step 5, identifying a disease-resisting level according to a disease-resisting grading standard. According to the bacteria inoculating method disclosed by the invention, highland barley hard smut bacteria can be accurately inoculated onto the highland barley seeds to induce the hard smut of the highland barley; the identification method can be used for identifying the hard smut resistance of highland barley varieties or resource materials; and the method is simple and feasible, high in accuracyand strong in operability.
