According to the scheme, the method comprises the steps: obtaining position information of a plurality of historical communication numbers related to a target group; clustering the plurality of historical communication numbers based on the position information of the plurality of historical communication numbers to determine the position of the target group; and determining at least one historical communication number residing in the target area within a preset residence time as a member of the target group, wherein the target area is an area within a preset range from the position where the target group is located. According to the scheme, the members of the target group can be automatically determined, and the method has the characteristic of high efficiency.
