The method comprises the steps of S1 proving the rationality of employing a Riccati matrix differential equation as a connection relation subsystem model for an undirected complex network; S2 designing a special coupling item form of the connection relationship subsystem, so that the connection relationship subsystem and the node subsystem in the complex network are mutually coupled; S3 designing a state observer of the connection relationship for the connection relationship subsystem; and S4 designing a controller for the connection relationship subsystem and the node subsystem by using the information in the observer of the connection relationship subsystem, so that the nodes of the complex network are dynamically classified. According to the method, the controller for the connection relationship subsystem is designed by using information in the observer,so that the complex network gradually tracks a known classifiable network, and the purpose of dynamic classification of the complex network is achieved.
