The method comprises the following steps of: collecting the type and identification of each pieceof equipment of which the link is about to be established; determining base station equipment and relay equipment of which the link is about to be established in the equipment according to the type; after the base station equipment and the relay equipment are installed and powered on according to a preset deployment plan, sending a first link establishment instruction to first base station equipment, so that the first base station equipment scans the relay equipment around the first base station equipment and establishes connection with the first relay equipment in the scanned relay equipmentdetermined according to a preset rule; and determining that the first link is completely established after receiving a message of establishing connection between the first relay equipment and a terminal collector forwarded by the first relay equipment through the first base station equipment.
