Abstract

The high-intelligence centrifugal machine comprises a control system, a driving part, a test tube carrier, an encoder for recording information of the test tube carrier and a recognition device for recognizing information of the encoder. The test tube carrier is connected with a rotating part of the driving part, the encoder is connected with the test tube carrier, the recognition device is connected with a fixed part of the driving part, the encoder and the recognition device are oppositely arranged, and the recognition device and the driving part are both in signal connection with the control system. The recognition device can recognize the information of the encoder and send the information to the control system, the control system compares use setting data of the driving part with the information of the test tube carrier, if the highest rotating speed of the rotating part of the driving part is higher than the highest rotating speed of the test tube carrier and exceeds a reasonable range, operation of the driving part is stopped, if the highest rotating speed of the rotating part of the driving part is higher than the highest rotating speed of the test tube carrier and is within the reasonable range, the driving part continues to run to prevent the test tube carrier from running at an overspeed, and damage to the test tube carrier and the driving part is avoided.
