The method comprises the steps that a platform recruits intelligent vehicles to participate in crowdsourcing; the participant vehicle collects road semantic data and uploads a coverage set and a quotation; the platform calculates real contributions and potential contributions of the participants according to the coverage set, and selects a winning vehicle set in combination with offers of the vehicles; the platform gives a reward to the winner, obtains corresponding sensing data, and provides virtual participation points for the loser; and the loser calculates the return on investment and decides whether to quit or not. According to the method, crowdsourcing participants are set as intelligent vehicles with semantic output capability, road priorities are quantified through semantic perception degrees of different stages of a target road, and participant contributions are further calculated.
