The image shooting anti-shake method comprises the following steps: collecting a movement scene when a shooting device shoots a current frame image; collecting a movement posture of the shooting equipment in the movement scene; selecting a filter corresponding to the movement scene; performing filtering processing on the movement attitude by using a filter to obtain a compensation attitude of the shooting equipment; and obtaining a target image according to the compensation attitude and the current frame image. According to the image shooting anti-shake method, the image shooting anti-shake device and the terminal provided by the embodiment of the invention, the movement attitude of the shooting equipment can be filtered according to the movement scene when the shooting equipment shoots the current frame image and the filter with the optimal effect in the movement scene; and a stable target image is obtained by using the filtered compensation attitude, so that the target image has a relatively good anti-shake effect in various different movement scenes.
