According to the method, the active components in the water quality are enhanced by utilizing electrochemical disturbance, so that the excitation spectrum characteristic peak and the intensity of the excitation spectrum characteristic peak shown by the water sample are enhanced, more information is provided for water pollution source analysis based on spectrum electrochemistry to excavate hidden water quality spectrum information, and the identification degree of water quality detection traceability is increased.
