Embodiment 1
[0024] 100 grams of EPDM was mixed with 200 grams of E1310 petroleum resin on a double-roller mill, and a 2mm thick sheet material sample was prepared using a 25t hydraulic plate vulcanizer with an electric heating plate, and a dynamic mechanical test was performed on it using a dynamic mechanical analyzer (DMA). Test conditions: frequency 10Hz, temperature -50°C ~ 120°C, heating rate 2°C / min, using tensile fixtures, test results are shown in Figure 1. It can be seen from Figure 1 that the peak value of the loss factor of this material is 1.99, and the peak value is located at 26.6°C; the temperature range where the loss factor is greater than 0.5 is 4°C to 51.9°C.
Embodiment 2
[0026] 100 grams of EPDM was mixed with 200 grams of ECR806 petroleum resin on a double-roll mill, and a 2mm thick sheet material sample was prepared by using a 25t hydraulic flat vulcanizer with an electric heating plate. Adopt dynamic mechanical analyzer to carry out dynamic mechanical test analysis (test condition is the same as embodiment 1. Below unless otherwise specified, test condition is all identical with example 1). The test results are shown in Figure 2. It can be seen from Figure 2 that the peak value of the loss factor of this material is 1.90, and the peak value is located at 19.9°C; the temperature range where the loss factor is greater than 0.5 is -2.2°C to 46.9°C.
Embodiment 3
[0028] 100 grams of M250EPDM was mixed with 250 grams of E1310 petroleum resin on a double-roller mill, and a 2mm thick sheet material sample was prepared by using a 25t hydraulic flat vulcanizer with an electric heating plate. The dynamic mechanical test was carried out by a dynamic mechanical analyzer, and the test results are shown in Figure 3. It can be seen from Figure 3 that the peak value of the loss factor of the material is 2.72, and the peak value is located at 35.8°C; the temperature range where the loss factor is greater than 0.5 is 11.9°C to 64.9°C.
