The current invention has advanced features such as: With promoting the frequency the iron core becomes less and lighter, so can save a great of metal material; high power factor can improve the utilization of power; adopting soft startup function for frequency conversion circuit can reduce startup surge current, promoted frequency, eliminate power frequency flickers at 50 Hz; with output voltage-stabilizing function of frequency conversion circuit it can avoid the disadvantage of which the lamp light usually change with the voltage fluctuation of the power grid.
