Benefits of technology

The present technology is directed to an upper body garment that can be converted into a carry bag. This is accomplished by adding a carry bag to the garment, creating a storage pouch between the garment and the carry bag, and attaching the garment to the carry bag. The garment can also be packed within the carry bag for easy storage and transport. The technical impact of this technology is to provide an upper body garment with versatility and practicality, allowing it to be used for both everyday wear and as a carry bag.

Problems solved by technology

This practice of packing too many items leads to difficulties in merely carrying the diaper bag let alone together with a child simultaneously, adding to the difficulties of travel.
In addition, once a caretaker begins travel with his or her overloaded array of child care products, the caretaker is stuck carrying the complete array during the course of travel.

It has been found that in an abundance of caution, caretakers often overload themselves with a traditional “diaper bag” filled to the brim and beyond.
