Power factor correction (PFC) conversion control method for low output voltage ripple and device thereof

The invention discloses a power factor correction (PFC) conversion control method for low output voltage ripple and a device thereof. After a single-phase PFC controller is used for sampling the input voltage, inductive current and output voltage of a single-phase PFC converter, a control signal of the PFC convertor is obtained through a PFC control strategy; and a controller of a single-phase inverter is used for sampling the input voltage and load current of the single-phase PFC converter to obtain a control target signal of the single-phase converter and sampling the alternating-current output voltage of the converter simultaneously, and ripple same-amplitude phase reversion is realized for the alternating-current output voltage of the converter and the direct-current output voltage of the PFC converter by using an inverter double closed-loop control strategy. Due to the adoption of the method and the device, a high power factor is realized, the output power frequency ripple voltage of the single-phase PFC converter is eliminated simultaneously, the dynamic response of a system is improved, and the problems of low efficiency and high cost of the conventional twos-stage PFC converter are solved. The device can be also applied to low-ripple high-PFC AC / DC (Alternating Current / Direct Current) constant current source design.

The present invention discloses a five-bridge arm converter-based open winding permanent magnet synchronous motor driving system and method. A five-bridge arm converter comprises a six-switch three-phase converter and a four-switch single-phase converter which are connected in parallel, the output end of the six-switch three-phase converter is connected with the left-end windings A,B and C of an open winding permanent magnet synchronous motor, the output end of the four-switch single-phase converter is connected with the right-end windings A' and C', and a right-end winding B' is connected with a left-end winding A. A current signal acquisition module is used to acquire a current signal of the open winding permanent magnet synchronous motor, a position signal acquisition module is used to acquire a voltage signal of the open winding permanent magnet synchronous motor, and the above current and voltage signals are both sent to a controller, thereby realizing the rotating speed current double closed loop control. A driving module outputs a PWM signal, thereby controlling the five-bridge arm converter. The system is low in cost and good in speed regulation performance. Railway power regulator based on half-bridge structure

The invention discloses a railway power regulator based on a half-bridge structure, which comprises two single-phase step-down transformers and a half-bridge inversion module, wherein the half-bridge inversion module comprises a pair of switch arms and a pair of series capacitors, and the switch arms are connected into a back-to-back structure by two capacitors; and the primary sides of the two single-phase step-down transformers are connected with power supply arms at the two secondary sides of a traction transformer, ungrounded lines at the secondary sides of the two single-phase step-down transformers are respectively connected with the switch arms in the half-bridge inversion module by an inductor, and the two single-phase step-down transformers are grounded and are connected with the middle points of the two capacitors in the half-bridge inversion module. Compared with a structure adopting two H-bridge single-phase converters, the cost of the active capacity of the railway power regulator is lowered by one time. Under the precondition that the same function is finished, the cost and the complexity of hardware are decreased, and the reliability of a compensation device is enhanced, so that the invention is greatly beneficial to the high-power modularization of the device and has favorable application prospect.

The method comprises: S1, a parallel-side apparatus of a distributed power flow controller is used as one converter groups including a parallel grid-side three-phase converter equivalent circuit, a parallel harmonic-side single-phase converter equivalent circuit, and a parallel-side common direct-current capacitor equivalent circuit in back-to-back connection; S2, a series-side apparatus of the distributed power flow controller is used as one applied to an alternating-current fundamental wave network equivalent circuit, an alternating-current third harmonic network equivalent circuit, and a series-side direct-current capacitor equivalent circuit simultaneously; S3, according to the principle of a voltage type PWM converter switch cycle average model, a dynamic mathematical model of the distributed power flow controller is established; and S4, a multi-time-scale analysis is carried out on the dynamic mathematical model of the distributed power flow controller by combining a singular perturbation principle and a multi-time-scale mathematical model of the distributed power flow controller is established. Therefore, the multi-time-scale characteristic of the whole power system can be analyzed well. The method is suitable for the order reduction analysis of the power system.
