A disclosed method for realizing real-time monitoring on white liquor by utilizing near infrared spectrum is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) preparing a white liquor sample, concretely, collecting white liquor samples, numbering, sealing and refrigerating; (2) acquiring a near infrared spectrum, concretely, setting a standard operation procedure (SOP) and an analysis method based on Workflow, and acquiring the diffuse reflection spectrum of the white liquor samples; (3) establishing a model, concretely, establishing a mathematics model between the near infrared spectrum and data measured by the standard method by using a TQAnalyst spectrum analysis chemometrics software; (4) verifying the model, concretely, measuring a new white liquor sample on a near infrared apparatus according to a method completely same to the process of the step 2, performing prediction by using the model established in the step 4, and comparing with a result measured according to a national standard method; and (5) performing on-site detection, performing near infrared spectroscopy scanning on samples at each process in the production, measuring by using the model established in the step 4, and adjusting the on-site production conditions according to the measure result.
