The method comprises performing space division on a base station service region by N directional antennas independent with one another to divide the base station service region into N cells, each cell satisfying a perdetermined electromagnetic radialization request; composing a delamination multibeam array by the N directional antennas based on the region to be covered by the base station, the directional antenna adjusting direction of the beam in advance to realize space division multiple access, the antenna for performing transmission and receiving of signals are controlled by a main processor unit, auxiliary processors and an antenna selection unit to position and track a mobile user. The apparatus includes a delamination antenna array composed of N directional antennas independent with one another, the antenna selection unit, auxiliary processors, a main processor; wherein the N directional antennas are connected with input ends of the auxiliary processors respectively, the auxiliary processors are connected with the antenna selection unit and the main processor respectively, the main processor is connected with the antenna selection unit and the base station. The invention discloses a laser frequency stabilizing method and optical system for improving performance of an optical pumping cesium beam atomic clock. According to the method, a detected fluorescence signal of the optical pumping atomic clock is divided into two paths, one path of fluorescence signal is input into a microwave cavity of the optical pumping atomic clock through a feedback deviation correction loop, and the other path of fluorescence signal is input into the spectrum input end of a laser frequency stabilization module; laser output by a laser device sequentially passes an isolator (1), a delay wave plate (6) and a polarizing beam splitter (7), and is divided into two beams, one beam is used as detection light and enters a light pumping atomic clock detection area, and theother beam is focused by a lens, enters an acousto-optic modulator (9) for frequency shift output and then collimated into parallel light by a lens, and the parallel light is used as pumping light andenters a light pumping atomic clock pumping area. According to the invention, only one AOM device is added, and two sets of complex saturated absorption spectrum light paths and one laser are omitted, so that the system complexity of the whole clock is reduced, the cost is reduced, and the system reliability is improved.

The invention discloses an elastic operation control method for an AC/DC hybrid distribution network. By establishing a distribution network elastic evaluation index, an energy storage model, a wind power and photovoltaic output model, and constructing a AC/DC distribution network timing sequence transfer model, overall modeling is performed. Since the model is a nonlinear mixed integer programming model and is difficult and inefficient to solve by an artificial intelligence algorithm or enumeration method. Therefore, the invention provides a greedy search algorithm for solving and optimizingthe model. When a fault occurs in the AC/DC hybrid distribution network, the provided model takes account of the transfer and control capabilities of the energy storage, transfers the loads in the faulted distribution network area in cooperation with distributed power sources such as wind power and photovoltaic power in the distribution area and the standby power supply capacity of an adjacent tieline, calculates the elastic index according to a transfer result, optimizes the output of each energy storage period by an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm to obtain an optimal energystorage output mode, and finally achieves the maximum elastic operation of the distribution network in the fault area.

High-temperature nano-electrothermal film of double-film structure and preparation method thereof

A high-temperature nano-electrothermal film of a double-film structure is composed of a quartz substrate, an alloy film electrode and a silicon carbide and molybdenum disilicide composite film layer. By means of a method of magnetron sputtering, first the alloy film electrode is arranged on the quartz substrate in a mask sputtering mode, then a silicon carbide film layer and a molybdenum disilicide film layer sequentially deposit; finally, high temperature annealing is conducted, and the surface of the molybdenum disilicide film layer is oxidized into a thin silicon dioxide protective layer. The alloy film electrode is a platinum alloy film electrode or a cobalt-base alloy film electrode. Two types of high temperature nanometer materials including silicon carbide and molybdenum disilicide with the purity of 99.950% are adopted in the electrothermal film, the surface of the film layer is oxidized to a silicon dioxide polycrystalline structure, oxygen is isolated, the service life of the electrothermal film is effectively prolonged, and the safety factor is effectively improved. The advantages of the two materials are utilized by the high-temperature nano-electrothermal film, work temperature is as high as 1000 DEG C, meanwhile heat efficiency is 98% or so, and the high-temperature nano-electrothermal film can be widely applied to the technical field of high temperature heating and the like.
