ozone micro-nano bubble synergistic inactivation device for
mariculture, comprising a
seawater pretreatment unit, an
ozone micro-nano bubble
generating unit, an ultrasonic amplification
standing wave field-
ozone micro-nano bubble synergistic inactivation reaction unit, a multi-parameter
effluent detection unit, and a closed-
loop control unit connected in sequence. The
reaction chamber adopts a three-layer coaxial nested configuration of 316L stainless steel. The inner tube wall has a regular polygonal
prism structure, while the outer tube wall has a multi-segment continuously circulating "gradually expanding-constant
diameter-gradually contracting" irregular
tube structure. High- and low-frequency multi-array ultrasonic transducers are correspondingly arranged on the inner and outer wall surfaces to synergistically construct a blind-zone-free gradient amplification
standing wave field. This invention achieves efficient and continuous inactivation of pathogenic microorganisms in
mariculture water by targeting and enriching pathogenic microorganisms at the acoustic pressure nodes of the standing
wave field, concentrating the excitation of multi-frequency resonant
cavitation effects at the acoustic pressure antinodes, and
coupling ozone micro-nano bubbles to reduce the
cavitation threshold and leverage their high oxidizing properties.
