microsphere production. The production method comprises the following steps: subjecting raw-material liquid modified 
asphalt from a 
tar workshop section to uniform mixing under stirring, then carrying out heating and pressurizing in a 
closed space in a 
constant speed, starting natural cooling and depressurizing, then mixing the liquid modified 
asphalt and lightweight wash oil so as to form a mixed material, subjecting the mixed material to separation through a 
centrifuge, and during operation of the 
centrifuge, allowing mixed oil to be separated from the lower part of the 
centrifuge; and allowing a carbon 
microsphere raw material to be separated from the interior of the centrifuge, and subjecting the separated carbon 
microsphere raw material to 
drying treatment so as to produce the carbon microspheres. The device provided by the invention comprises a 
sedimentation tank, wherein two reaction vessels are arranged above the 
sedimentation tank; each reaction vessel is correspondingly arranged on a weighing measuring unit used for weighing the reaction vessels; the bottom part of each reaction vessel is provided with a pipeline communicating with the 
sedimentation tank; and each pipeline is provided with a valve. The device provided by the invention has the characteristics of low production cost, high production efficiency, high product quality, safety, 
environmental protection, etc.
