The invention discloses an aluminum
melting furnace heating chamber provided with a spiral fire guide
flue. The aluminum
melting furnace heating chamber comprises a heating chamber (1), a spiral partition layer (11), the spiral fire guide
flue (2), a
flame flue (3) and a
smoke flue (4). The technical scheme adopted by the invention is that the inner wall of the heating chamber is provided with the spiraling spiral partition layer, the outer wall of a
crucible is enclosed by the spiral partition layer to form the spiral fire guide flue, and the spiral fire guide flue is located between the upward side of the mouth of the
flame flue and the downward side of the mouth of the
smoke flue of the inner wall of the heating chamber; by utilizing the spiral fire guide flue, the
contact time of flames and the
crucible is prolonged, the distance from the flames to the
crucible is extended, and the heat
exchange time is increased, so that heat exchange is more sufficient; hot
smoke is smoothly discharged into
atmosphere to reduce the
internal pressure of the heating chamber; by utilizing the
energy storage and heat preservation function of the spiral partition layer,
room temperature loss in the heating chamber is delayed so as to keep the aluminum
alloy melting temperature in the crucible, so that the goals that the
internal pressure reduction, smooth gas flow and
energy storage and heat preservation are achieved by the
biomass fuel aluminum
melting furnace heating chamber.
