The rail vehicle secondary suspension
system connects the
bogie and the
carriage floor, and comprises a height adjustment mechanism fixed to the
bogie and a rubber vibration
isolator fixed to the
carriage floor. The height adjustment mechanism comprises a box body fixed to the
bogie and filled with lubricating
grease or lubricating oil, an electric worm gear installed in the box body, and an expansion piece installed in the box body in the vertical direction and having a self-locking function. The expansion piece is in transmission connection with the electric worm gear, and is fixed to the rubber vibration
isolator and is extended and retracted with the transmission of the electric worm gear to drive the rubber vibration
isolator to rise and fall. The present application ensures the consistency of the height of the
carriage floor after adjustment, avoids the inclination and deflection of the floor caused by different loads, improves the convenience, accuracy and reliability of the height adjustment of the carriage floor, has a simple structure, light weight, low manufacturing and maintenance cost, keeps the
normal height of the carriage floor during the load process, ensures the stability of the vehicle during driving, and improves the riding comfort. The present application also provides a height adjustment method of the carriage floor.
