Abstract

A disposable pull-on garment is disclosed. The pull-on garment has a waist opening and leg openings. The pull-on garment comprises an absorbent main body and a ring-like elastic belt. The absorbent main body comprises a liquid pervious topsheet, a liquid impervious backsheet and an absorbent core disposed therebetween. The absorbent main body has a longitudinal centerline, longitudinal side edges, transverse end edges, a front waist panel, a back waist panel and a crotch panel. The front waist panel and the back waist panel are not joined directly. The ring-like elastic belt comprises an outer layer having a transverse waist end and a transverse abdomen end. The ring-like elastic belt is joined to the front waist panel and the back waist panel of the absorbent main body to form one waist opening and two leg openings.
