Embodiment Construction

[0031] first reference Figure 5 , shows a timepiece such as a watch 60 comprising a case with a back 61 , a middle 62 , a winding mechanism 63 and a striking mechanism 50 . The percussion mechanism 50 comprises a gong 100 in the form of a bent wire 110 extending along the periphery of the middle part 62 and terminating in an element, such as a flange 112 of said middle part 62 , secured to the housing by classical fastening means, such as screws 114 . The striking mechanism 50 also includes a hammer 10 with a tip 122 capable of striking the wire 110 of the gong 100 to vibrate.

[0032] now refer to figure 1 and 2 , respectively show an exploded top perspective view and a vertical sectional view of the hammer 10 according to the present invention. The hammer 10 includes a first part 12 and a second part 14 articulated to each other by a hinged joint 70 cooperating with the reset member 16 . The reset member 16 is rigidly fixed to the first part 12 and is able to pivot to...

Abstract

The present invention provides a hammer (10) for structure (50) of a time meter (60), the hammer (10) has a first part (12) and a second part (14) articulated between them, and an elastic unit (162) fixed on one (12) of the parts. The parts (12, 14) are displaced with respect to each other between a stable first configuration, in which the parts are maintained under the action of the elastic unit(162), and a second configuration, in which the parts (12, 14) are displaced against the action of the elastic unit (162). The invention relates to application for mechanism of the time meter, in particular hammering mechanism.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the field of timepieces, and its object is in particular hammers for timepiece mechanisms such as striking mechanisms. It is also aimed at clockworks, in particular striking mechanisms, equipped with the hammer. Its ultimate purpose is to contain the hammer or the timer of the mechanism. Background technique [0002] Clockwork mechanisms utilizing hammers are already known, such as zero reset mechanisms in chronographs and striking mechanisms. The hammer is usually a large piece of metal traversed by an axis. Particularly in the striking mechanism, the hammer strikes a stationary element which can set a vibration, which, when struck, starts to vibrate and transmits its vibration to the radiating element of the chronograph. In a clock, the fixed element is usually a bell, and in a watch, the fixed element is usually a gong. Gongs are usually curved metal wires that run around the perimeter of the watch center and are...
