The method for typesetting adaptive medical diagnosis report images, which is provided by the invention, is characterized in that the medical diagnosis report is set as a software table, the region for containing the medical images in the medical diagnosis report is set as a cell in the software form, and typesetting is performed on the images by utilizing cell splitting or the merging. Therefore, flexible typeset for the images in the same print template of the medical diagnosis report is achieved, thereby greatly facilitating the operation of a doctor, reducing the workload of the doctor, and improving the work efficiency of the doctor.
