Embodiment

[0075] Hereinafter, some examples related to the present invention will be described, but the present invention is not intended to be limited to the examples. In addition, in the following description, unless otherwise specified, "part" and "%" are the mass basis of a non-volatile component.

[0076] Dispersants used in the following examples are as follows.

[0077] Dispersant A: a dispersant mainly composed of an ammonium salt of a styrene-acrylic acid copolymer ("SN Daispa-Sant 5027" (trade name) from San Nopco Corporation).

[0078] Dispersant B: a dispersant mainly composed of an ammonium salt of a styrene-acrylic acid copolymer ("DKS Daisucoat N-14" (trade name) manufactured by Daiichi Kogyo Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.).

[0079] Dispersant C: a dispersant mainly composed of sodium polyacrylate (Nippon Shokubai Co., Ltd., "Aqualic DL-522" (trade name)).

[0080] Dispersant D: a dispersant mainly composed of an ammonia-modified isobutylene-maleic anhydride copolymer (Kurar...

Abstract

The present invention provides an aqueous-dispersion-type pressure-sensitive adhesive 2009 composition and a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet formed thereof. This composition comprises a rubber latex, a tackifier resin emulsion, a dispersant composed primarily of a polycarboxylic acid (salt) having a hydrophobic side chain, and an emulsifier composed primarily of a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfuric acid ester having an average polymerization degree of 16 to 80. A preferred dispersant contains carboxyl group at 2 to 6 mmol / g and an aqueous solution thereof at 1% by mass has a surface tension of 25 to 45 mN / m.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a water-dispersed adhesive (also referred to as a pressure-sensitive adhesive, the same applies hereinafter) composition and an adhesive sheet having an adhesive layer formed using the composition. [0002] This application claims priority based on Japanese Patent Application No. 2008-010562 filed on January 21, 2008, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference. Background technique [0003] A water-dispersed (aqueous) PSA composition in which the PSA component is dispersed in water uses water as a dispersion medium, and therefore is more environmentally hygienic than a solvent-based PSA composition. Therefore, in various adhesive compositions, it is attempted to switch from a solvent type to a water dispersion type. [0004] One of the properties required for such a water-dispersed adhesive composition is dispersion stability against mechanical shear (shear force). In general, it is known that a...
