The thermoplastic health elastic material provided by the invention has a five-layer structure, wherein the middle far infrared emission layer is a health base layer, can accept the human body heat at 25DEG C-37DEG C to emit 4micrometer-14micrometer far infrared wave beneficial to the human body, and the far infrared wave can activate human body moisture, promote metabolism and increase cell vitality through human body sole acupoints.
