Problems solved by technology

[0003] The use of physical and chemical methods to control large-scale heavy metal pollution requires high costs
It takes a long time to purify a large area of metal pollution by using hyperaccumulator plants or enrichment plants, and because the distribution depth of plant roots is limited, heavy metals in the deep soil are difficult to treat, so it is difficult to use plants to remediate heavy metal pollution in large areas in practice.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for restoring and improving uranium tailing residues-contaminated soil, the employed materials comprise Aeschynomene indica, Miscanthus floridulus and Imperatacylindrica, plant ash and cow dropping, the plant ash is made by burning the Miscanthus floridulus and the Imperatacylindrica. The plant ash and the cow dropping is formulated into a mixed fertilizer in accordance with a proportion to be fertilized in a plant ditch that is built in uranium tailing residues-contaminated region, the three plants of the Aeschynomene indica, the Miscanthus floridulus and the Imperatacylindrica are planted in groups in the plant ditch. By using the method, dense vegetation can be constructed in a very short time to prominently increase soil nitrogen, organic matters and pH value, and meanwhile, the soil root density is increased and the content of soil water-soluble uranium is reduced obviously. The method has the advantages of simple operation, low cost, good efficiency of preventing the uranium from transfer and diffusion, and beautifying the environment. The technique can be used in reconstructing vegetation in a degraded ecosystem of mines and greening expressways.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for repairing and improving soil polluted by uranium tailings slag. Background technique [0002] The characteristics of high heavy metal content, poor nutrition, and weak water holding capacity lead to lack of vegetation in the area where uranium tailings are stored, serious soil erosion, and heavy metals diffuse with rain and dust. Uranium tailings have become an important source of pollution. [0003] The use of physical and chemical methods to control heavy metal pollution in large areas requires high costs. The use of hyperaccumulators or enrichment plants to decontaminate large areas of metal pollution requires a long cycle, and due to the limited distribution of plant roots, heavy metals in the deep soil are difficult to treat, so it is difficult to use plants to remediate large areas of heavy metal pollution in practice. By screening and cultivating suitable plants and taking auxiliary measures at the same ti...
