[0014] The device for positioning packages according to the invention is in figure 1 It is represented by 100. This equipment is placed after the filling machine (which produces sealed and separated packages) and before, for example, a straw filler which places drinking straws on the packages to facilitate the use of the liquid inside the packages . Straw fillers may be used in conjunction with the present invention which place straws horizontally on packages on a conveyor which carries the packages through the filler. In order to consistently add straws, the packages must be consistently positioned on the conveyor relative to the conveying direction (indicated by arrow D), for example, on the side with a vertical flap at the front, see figure 2 . Abstract

The invention relates to a device (100) for positioning a tetrahedral packing pieces (1a, 1b), which is matched with a filling machine for forming the tetrahedral packing pieces. The device (100) is arranged for receiving the cut packing pieces (1a, 1b) from the filling machine, so as to position the packing pieces in an expected method and have the packing pieces removed through a conveyor or other similar methods. The device further comprises at least two guide parts (101a, 102a; 101b, 102b) which are formed for receiving and guiding the packing pieces in the alternation direction. The guide parts are provided with guide wings (103a, 103b) arranged on the lower end; when the packing pieces (1a, 1b) fall on the conveyor (120), the guide wings enables the packing pieces (1a, 1b) to alternatively rotate, thereby positioning the packing pieces (1a, 1b) on the conveyor (120). The invention further comprises the filling machine and a system comprising the filling machine which comprises a device for positioning the tetrahedral packing pieces.
