Abstract

The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating dorking abdominal dropsy generated during later feeding period, which is characterized by uniformly mixing the following components by weight: 10-100 mg of dihydrochlorothiazide and 50-500 mg of digitalis leaf ultrafine powder, wherein the components are added to dorking daily feeds per kilogram for feeding by weight. In the invention, the dihydrochlorothiazide plays a diuresis role by suppressing the reabsorption of natrium ions and chloride ions, assists organisms to eliminate seroperitoneum, is used as a diuretic with moderate efficacy and has gentle effect, thereby being suitable for large dorkings with certain-degree heart failures; in addition, the digitalis leaf ultrafine powder can increase myocardialcontraction force and cardiac output and reduce myocardial oxygen consumption, thereby improving the right heart failure condition. The invention has simple prescription and reasonable preparation and can play good role in preventing and treating the dorking abdominal dropsy generated during the later feeding period after being added to the dorking feeds per kilogram.
