This invention discloses a method for controlling left and right ventricular compression before
extracorporeal circulation. First, in an
in vitro environment, peristaltic pumps are installed at the left and right ventricular inlets of the
extracorporeal circulation device. Then, an inlet pump is connected to the inlet of the peristaltic pumps, and an outlet pump is connected to the outlet of the peristaltic pumps. Finally, a first pressure measuring structure and a second pressure measuring structure are respectively installed on the side of the inlet and outlet pumps away from the peristaltic pumps, and the pressure of both the inlet and outlet pumps is adjusted to -180 mmHg. The negative pressure of the inlet pump is adjusted by the first pressure measuring structure, and the negative pressure of the outlet pump is adjusted by the second pressure measuring structure, thereby quantifying the adjustment method. This visualizes the process of controlling left and right ventricular compression before
extracorporeal circulation, converting the adjustment results into specific negative pressure values for the inlet and outlet pumps. This makes the reference values for adjusting left and right ventricular compression numerically and standardized, avoiding adjustment discrepancies, eliminating reliance on experience and intuition, and providing a quick and highly accurate adjustment method.
