The application discloses an
endothelium-targeting controlled-release anti-thrombotic
drug intelligent monitoring biodegradable heart occluder, and relates to the field of medical devices, which comprises an occluder body and a sheath
pipe for regulating and controlling the occluder body, wherein the occluder body is composed of a double-disc-shaped biological skeleton, a fixed deformation body and a biological flow-blocking film; the double-disc-shaped biological skeleton is composed of two mutually symmetrical adhering discs forming left and
right heart disc surfaces; a
stent outer disc is arranged around the side surface of the adhering disc; a double-layer anti-thrombotic
drug controlled-release layer is arranged on the surface of the
stent outer disc; the two adhering discs are tightly connected with the fixed deformation body; an ultrasonic
blood flow sensor is arranged in the fixed deformation body; an
impedance sensor is arranged on one side of the ultrasonic
blood flow sensor in the fixed deformation body; and the biological flow-blocking film is arranged on the surface of the two adhering discs on the opposite side. The occluder is periodically degraded in the body of a patient to reduce complications caused by
foreign matter retention, and is used for
thrombus formation on the surface of the occluder, so that local low-
dose anti-thrombotic drugs are controlled and released, thereby reducing the systemic adverse reactions caused by long-term
oral administration of anti-thrombotic drugs after
occlusion. The
thrombus risk and the endothelialization process of the occluder are dynamically monitored to assist the repair and regeneration of heart tissue.
