[0014] (1) Select 50 dairy cows (test group), and inject 0.4 mg of PGF intramuscularly on the 8th day (recorded as the 1st day) of the estrus cycle of the cows 2α ;

[0015] (2) On the 15th day, intramuscular injection of 0.4 mg of PGF 2α ;

[0016] (3) On the 29th day, intramuscular injection of 100 μg of GnRH;

[0017] (4) On the 36th day, intramuscular injection of 0.4 mg of PGF 2α ;

[0018] (5) On the 38th day, 100 μg of GnRH was intramuscularly injected, and the cows were artificially inseminated 16-18 hours after the injection of GnRH. The cows in the control group (21 cows) were not treated with timed ovulation, and were artificially inseminated only after estrus symptoms were observed.

[0019] (6) 20 to 22 days after artificial insemination of dairy cows, observe their estrus situation, and use rectal examination method to determine pregnancy again 35 to 40 days after artificial insemination for cows that have estrus symptoms, and calculate the conception rate. ...

Abstract

The method provides a method for inducing cows to regularly ovulate for artificial insemination, which comprises the following steps: intramuscularly injecting 0.4-0.6 mg of PGF2alpha in any day (the 1st day) of the cow estrus cycle; intramuscularly injecting 0.4-0.6 mg of the PGF2alpha from the 13th to the 16th day; intramuscularly injecting 100 mu g of GnRH from the 28th to the 30th day; intramuscularly injecting 0.4-0.6 mg of the PGF2alpha from the 35th to the 37th day; intramuscularly injecting 100 mu g of the GnRH from the 38th to the 40th day; and carrying out the artificial insemination on the cows 16-18 hours after injecting the GnRH. The method of the invention can regulate the follicular generating wave in the cow ovary and the ovulation time, and the artificial insemination can be directly carried out without the estrus diagnosis, thereby overcoming the defect of difficulty in observing estrus, being beneficial to enhancing the estrus rate and the conception rate of cows, shortening the interval between the parturition and the next pregnancy and providing convenience for management of cow production.

Description

(1) Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for inducing timing ovulation of dairy cows for artificial insemination, and belongs to the technical field of livestock breeding. (2) Background technology [0002] Artificial insemination (AI) is the main method for improving and multiplying dairy cows in my country. Compared with natural mating, the use of AI technology can reduce the spread of sexually transmitted diseases and reduce the cost of reproduction. More importantly, AI using bull semen measured by descendants can speed up the genetic improvement of dairy cows and increase the milk production of dairy cows. However, with the increasing milk production, the reproductive performance of dairy cows shows a downward trend. errors, thereby reducing the conception rate of AI cows. At the same time, due to the asynchrony of follicle development and ovulation of dairy cows, the estrus periods of different dairy cows on the same pasture are scattered, which i...
