The application discloses a method for regulating porcine
estrus synchronization by using a new modified GnRH analogue, and belongs to the technical field of veterinary
reproduction regulation. n The application adopts Fmoc-NH-PEG n -COOH as a
bifunctional linker to perform site-specific
coupling modification at a non-
active safety site of a GnRH
agonist /
antagonist, and compound natural
antioxidant / anti-apoptotic active ingredients to obtain a sustained-release preparation, and
single administration achieves long-acting estrus inhibition for 20-150 days, and the inhibition is released by cooperating with late GnRH
agonist injection to induce synchronous estrus
ovulation of the whole group. The method can be adapted to 3-week, 4-week, 5-week and quarterly super-long cycle batch management, completely replaces allylgestrinone, significantly reduces labor cost, improves
estrus synchronization rate,
pregnancy rate and healthy piglet rate, significantly reduces
ovarian cyst and follicular
atresia rate, has no progesterone residue, has high
biological safety, and is especially suitable for
reproduction regulation of large-scale
pig farms in a hot stress environment.
