Abstract

The invention discloses a purely natural plant insecticide, relating to an insecticide which is prepared by taking natural plants as raw materials and is applied to various crops of wheat, rice, peanut, soy bean, vegetables, fruits, and the like. The purely natural plant insecticide is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 10 to 18 parts of pine needle, 4 to 10 parts of sophora flavescens, 4 to 12 parts of southernwood, and 60 to 80 parts of 70-100% alcohol. The manufacture method comprises the following steps of: crashing each raw material, placing the raw materials to the alcohol, sealing a hole, soaking the raw materials for 20 to 35 days, filtering the mixture to form liquid medicine, and preserving the liquid medicine to a pot or a bottle. The invention has the advantages of wide insecticidal range, no toxic to plants, people and animals, good insecticidal effect, capability of replacing low toxicity pesticides, vast potential for future development, less investment for manufacture equipment, simple preparation processing, easy popularization and benefit for peasants, and can kill pests of whiteflies, aphides, red spiders, liriomyza, thrips, cotton bollworms, pink worms, caterpillars, dark greyish green moths, small noctuids, needle rollers, and the like.
