Abstract

The invention discloses a riser component for mounting a deep water jacket riser. The riser component comprises a riser and a floating pipe arranged side by side with the riser, wherein the floating pipe is connected with the riser through a plurality of connecting pieces. The invention also aims to provide a mounting method for the deep water jacket riser. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) injecting water into the floating pipe in the riser component to arrange the riser component beside a jacket; 2) aligning the riser component with the jacket; and 3) fixing a riser clamp on the riser of the riser component to the jacket. By using the technical scheme, the riser is mounted in an entire section to reduce the underwater connection operation, reduce the workload and shorten the construction period; and owing to the existence of the floating pipe during the offshore construction, a large floating crane with high rental cost and resource shortage is not needed.
