Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of: dipping a GA3 solution with the concentration of 1000 PPM (Parts Permillion) on the bud base of 8-18 days and dipping each flower with 150-200 microlitre of GA3 solution; inducing more than 95 percent of stigmas to be 8mm higher than a stamen cluster; and directly pollinating without removing stamens after the cotton blossoms out.
