The invention also discloses an exchanging method of water body in the reclaimed area of the dam; when the surface of water outside the dam ishigher than the surface of water inside the dam, the first water gate is opened, the second water gate is closed, and the reclaimed area is in a water intake state; and when the surface of water outside the dam is lower than the surface of water inside the dam, the first water gate is closed, the second water gate is opened, and the reclaimed area is in a water draining state. The structure and the method disclosed by the invention not only can play a role of maintaining the seawater in the reclaimed area to be clear and the water quality to be better, but also can achieve the effects of reducing the siltation degree in the reclaimed area and the maintenance cost of dredging in the future.
