The invention discloses a movable device for effectively collecting and
processing algae pollutant, comprising an
algae pulp scraping and absorbing device (1), an
algae pulp delivery pump (2), a
flocculation stirring tank (3), an algae pulp water extractor (5), a post
processing device (6) and an algae pulp
reflux pump (7). The algae pulp delivery pump, the
flocculation stirring tank, the algae pulp water extractor and the algae pulp
reflux pump are connected with each other by means of a
closed loop in sequence and are integrated on
mechanical equipment with a power supply device (9) and a control device (8); the output
pipe of the algae pulp delivery pump (2) is communicated with the
flocculation stirring tank (3); the flocculation stirring tank is communicated with the algae pulp water extractor (5); the lower part of the algae pulp water extractor is connected with the post
processing device (6); the post processing device is communicated with the suction inlet of the algae pulp
reflux pump (7); the discharging port of the algae pulp reflux pump is communicated with the flocculation stirring tank; and the algae pulp scraping and absorbing device (1) is communicated with the algae pulp delivery pump (2). The invention adopts a laminated screw thrust water extractor which is also named as a laminated screw mud water extractor, when the screw rotates, the device relatively turns and forms a helically forwards impelled lamination so that filtrate is fast filtrated by means of
cutting in the clearance of the helically forwards moved lamination, the volume of a
helical cavity is continuously shrunken, so that inner pressure is increased, the
water content of a
filter cake fast reduces under a pressure doubling function, the filtrate continually flows out, and the algae pulp is dehydrated and concentrated to be mud. The separated water is clear and is discharged into rivers and lakes, thereby avoiding polluting
natural water body.
