Abstract

The method involves receiving requests to determine active communication sessions by a communication session information server. The requests are transmitted according to document contents, which indicate whether the sessions are active, from the communication session information server to a document management server. A request-response of the management server is received and transmitted by the information server, where the request-response indicates active communication sessions controlling the document management server such that communication session does not exist. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for providing information about active communication sessions (2) a document management server comprising a receiving unit (3) a communication session information server comprising a request unit.
