The preparation is composed of Chinese herbal medicines, such as Euphorbia helioscopia, Stellaria media, Root-bark of ceylon Houndstongue, ramie root, Herb of Undulate Speedwell, Gypsophila acutifolia Fisch, Sambucus nigra, Siberian elm bark and the like. The preparation method comprises the following steps: removing non-medical parts from above medicine; finely selecting, cleaning and drying; weighing at ratio; combining to smash; screening by a 80-mesh screen; and sterilizing, drying and packaging. The use method is as follows: pouring medicine powder into a container; blending into paste by fermented glutinous wine; evenly spreading and applying on an affected part by the pasty medicine with the thickness of 0.5cm; externally coating an impermeable membrane; binding; and changing medicine once in each three days.
