Abstract

The invention relates to a dipterex bionic enzyme linked immunosorbent detection method. The bionic enzyme linked immunosorbent detection method with high sensitivity on the dipterex is established by using a dipterex molecular imprinting polymer film as an artificial antibody instead of a biological antibody and by utilizing an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay principle. The lowest detection limit of the method is 7 ugL<-1> and is far less than the highest residue limit value; and the analysis time is greatly shortened (by 1.0 hour compared with the traditional biological immune analysis time), so the method is applicable to rapid detection of the dipterex. A bionic antibody prepared by the method can be reused for more than 50 times, so cost is greatly reduced; and the method is simplein pretreatment, high in sensitivity, simple in test operation and applicable to rapid detection of the dipterex in various kinds of food.
