Example Embodiment

[0019] Example 1:

[0020] (1) Backup raw materials: 350kg phenol, 175kg industrial paraformaldehyde, 1.5kg sodium hydroxide, 5kg acrylamide, 60kg water;

[0021] (2) Put the phenol, sodium hydroxide and water prepared in step (1) into the reaction kettle, raise the temperature to 70-85°C, slowly add the industrial paraformaldehyde prepared in step (1), and complete the addition within 1 hour;

[0022] (3) Put the acrylamide prepared in step (1) into the reaction kettle, slowly raise the temperature to 95-110°C, and keep the temperature at 95-110°C for 30-90 minutes;

[0023] (4) Reduce the temperature in the reactor to 40°C, add 10kg of water, 5kg of epichlorohydrin, and 2kg of sodium hydroxide, increase the temperature to 50~70°C, and stir for 1 hour;

[0024] (5) Reduce the temperature in the reactor to 40°C, slowly add 1kg of formic acid to the reactor while stirring to adjust the pH of the mixture in the reactor to neutral, and dehydrate 20kg to obtain epoxy modified phenolic resin...

Abstract

The invention discloses a production method of a phenolic foam wall insulation material. The production method comprises (1) preparing raw materials of phenol, paraformaldehyde for industrial purposes, sodium hydroxide, acrylamide and water, (2) putting phenol, sodium hydroxide and water into a reactor, heating, and adding slowly paraformaldehyde for industrial purposes into the reactor, (3) putting acrylamide into the reactor and heating slowly, (4) adding water, chloropropylene oxide and sodium hydroxide into the reactor, heating and stirring, (5) cooling, adding formic acid into the reactor and carrying out dehydration, and (6) mixing an epoxy modified phenolic resin obtained by the step 5, an organic silicone foam stabilizer, n-pentane and one or more of p-toluenesulfonic acid, benzenesulfonic acid, phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid, and pouring the mixture into a mold for foaming to obtain a desired product. The phenolic foam wall insulation material produced by the production method has the advantages of low cost, energy saving and fire resistance. Compared with similar products, the phenolic foam wall insulation material has low water absorption and strong ageing resistance, and thus the phenolic foam wall insulation material can be utilized widely for the field of thermal insulation building walls.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of polymer materials, and relates to a production method of a phenolic foam wall insulation material. Background technique [0002] In recent years, with the continuous deepening of energy-saving work in residential construction and the continuous improvement of energy-saving standards, my country has introduced and developed many new energy-saving technologies and materials, and vigorously promoted the use of them in residential buildings. Wall insulation materials should not only have good thermal insulation effect, but also have good fire performance. For example, the fire in the CCTV building and the fire in the Shanghai residential building are both related to the use of polystyrene foam boards or polyurethane foam boards with poor fire performance. As a wall insulation material, it caused a serious disaster, many casualties, and a large amount of property loss, which once again sounded the alarm for th...
