Abstract

The invention discloses a culture method for improving salt tolerance of eggplant by root fertilization of allogenic material 2,4-epibrassinolide. The culture method is characterized in that the salt-tolerant eggplant is obtained by root fertilization of 2,4-epibrassinolide (EBR, which is an important plant growth modifier) under the medium culture condition; on the basis of the root fertilization of different concentrations of allogenic material EBR, a method for selecting an optimal EBR concentration is adopted to obtain strong seedlings with strong salt tolerance and strong growth potential in seedling stage, and the screened optimal concentration is 0.05mg.L<-1>; the eggplant is a facility variety with weak salt tolerance; and the adopted culture mode is medium culture. The problems that facility eggplant has weak salt tolerance and weak seedling-stage growth potential can be solved by the mode of the root fertilization of allogenic material EBR.
