The gravity center adjusting mechanism comprises a counter weight, an elastic element and a deflector rod, the elastic element is connected with the pedestal and then is connected with the counter weight, and the deflector rod is slidably arranged on the pedestal, wherein the counter weight is driven by the elastic element and the deflector to shift between a first position and a second position. Through the support frame and the display using the same provided by the embodiment of the invention, the viewing angle of a screen can be adjusted under the condition of not fixing the support frame, and a simple and convenient adjusting way is provided for users.
