In the invention, relative rotation in a lateral direction can be realized through the bevel plane between the No.1 slide block and the No.2 slide block, but rotation towards an opposite direction is prevented since a plane is formed behind the slide block, so that the aim of preventing reverse rotation is fulfilled.
