Problems solved by technology

[0014] (2) At present, researchers use rats and pigs as experimental animal models to study CLA, but there are few research reports on livestock and poultry. At the same time, the effects of CLA on the production and slaughter performance Whether there is a certain difference in the impact of the animal needs further research in order to provide a theoretical basis for animal production

Embodiment Construction

[0071] The present invention mainly starts with how to keep the content of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) in meat duck feed at a reasonable level, and how to maximize the production performance and slaughter performance potential of meat ducks.

[0072] The feeding experiment further explored the reasonable amount of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) to achieve the above purpose.

[0073] For the present invention to develop efficient and special conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) meat duck feed, the following tests were carried out in the test meat duck farm. A total of 120 Cherry Valley meat ducks (P>0.05) with 1-day-old health and similar body weight were selected and divided into 4 treatment groups (1 control group and 3 test groups) according to a single-factor complete random design. 3 replicates with 10 ducks per replicate. The proportions of CLA in the basal diet were 0%, 1%, 2% and 3%, respectively. The whole test period is 56 days

Abstract

The invention discloses a conjugated linoleic acid (CLA)-containing meat duck feed. The feed comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 50 to 65 percent of corn, 25 to 40 percent of soya bean meal, 0 to 6 percent of wheat bran, 1 to 4 percent of soybean oil, 0.7 to 0.8 percent of calcium carbonate, 0.1 to 0.2 percent of table salt, 1 to 2 percent of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.02 to 0.2 percent of 99 percent methionine, 0 to 0.1 percent of 65 percent lysine, 1 to 3 percent of CLA, 0 to 0.3 percent of DV12, 0 to 0.2 percent of DV22, and 0.1 to 0.2 percent of M-P. By adding proper amount of the CLA into the feed, the feed conversion rate and the daily gain of meat ducks are not influenced, but the abdominal fat rate and the sebum rate of the meat ducks are remarkably reduced and the musculus pectoralis rate of meat ducks at the sixth weekend is remarkably improved. By using the CLA feed provided by the invention, the carcass quality of the meat ducks can be improved on the premise of no influence of the production performance of the meat ducks; and the CLA feed is economic and practical, and scientific in proportion, has a simple and feasible preparation method, and can create social value better.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to animal breeding feed containing raw materials derived from plants, animals or minerals, in particular to a feed containing [0002] Conjugated linoleic acid in duck feed. Background technique [0003] Studies in recent years have shown that conjugated linoleic acid (Conjugated Linoleic Acids, CLA) is an octadecyl unsaturated fatty acid containing a conjugated double bond structure, and is an essential fatty acid containing a conjugated double bond. Linoleic acid (LA) A general term for a class of mixtures of spatial and geometric positional isomers with a wide range of biological functions. The spatial configuration of the CLA double bond can be either a homeopathic (cis) configuration or a trans (traps) configuration, and the double bond can be at 7,9,8,10,9,11,10,12,11, 13, 12, and 14 positions, so theoretically there are more than 20 isomers of CLA, and c9, t11 and t10, c 12-CLA are the two main isomers of CLA.
